us
Vanessa, photographer and artistic designer combined her craft with Jeremiah, a phenominal artistic craftsman and contractor to create a local space for photographers to utilize. We strive to create a space for your artistic freedom and will be proactive at changing vignettes a few times a year to keep it fresh and fun. There are also many different photography options such as dropdown backdrops and lighting should you need them.
TheWhy
Photography has been a passion of mine for as long a I could remember. I’ve shot in almost every kind of location but finding a studio or classy area with many different styles in one place was always difficult. This led me to rent hotels, and airbnb’s regularly . Cost wise this wasnt very effective . Then a friend reached out with a rental space opportunity. It was a perfect match and “Oh Shoot” was born.
Located in the heart of downtown Carlsbad you can complete a full shoot here or continue down to the beach for a quick salty sunset or play in the streets of carlsbad for some colorful modern lifestyle shots.
I enjoy the challenge of transforming a space into something fresh and engaging.

Booking fees are $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Liability insurance is required .
